Wellness is more than the absence of problems; it’s the capacity to live with presence, connection, and meaning. I believe the resources for healing already exist within us—sometimes buried under pain, fear, or old patterns—but always waiting to be reawakened. My role is to help you uncover those inner resources with care, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience.
I work with individuals and couples navigating challenges that impact their relationships, sense of self, and everyday functioning. My areas of specialty include:
PTSD – I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process traumatic experiences and restore a sense of agency, clarity, and nervous system regulation. EMDR allows us to work with the emotional imprint of trauma—not just the story of what happened, but how it lives in the body.
OCD – I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. I offer structured, supportive care that helps clients reduce compulsions, tolerate uncertainty, and reclaim their lives from the grip of intrusive thoughts and rigid behaviors.
ADD/ADHD – I approach ADHD not as a pathology, but as a different nervous system profile—one that brings both gifts and challenges. Drawing from relational and evolutionary psychology frameworks, I help individuals and couples understand the impact of ADHD on emotional regulation, communication, and relationship dynamics, while also honoring the unique strengths that come with this way of being.
Technology Addiction and Misuse – I use a systemic lens that views individuals as part of an ecological network—families, peers, schools, and digital environments all shape our relationship with technology. Rather than focusing on abstinence, I work with clients and families to build sustainable, values-aligned digital habits. My approach draws from Self-Determination Theory (supporting autonomy, relationality, and competence) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients develop motivation from within, rather than through external control or shame-based tactics.
Across all of my work, I bring an integrative perspective that blends neuroscience, attachment theory, mindfulness, and systemic thinking. I also provide consultation and training for clinicians, schools, and healthcare systems looking to better understand technology addiction and promote digital wellness.
